The Power in Mindfulness

Our hurts and resentments and worries and fears and longings and sadness and ruminations are real; they deserve spacious, patient, tender and loving attention, much like we might bestow upon a struggling beloved. And….we also get to discern when we choose to direct our loving attention to these inner clamoring parts. We create such power when we can notice and choose; we author with more intention how we live the present moment.
