Methods and Training
The bedrock of therapy rests most importantly on our relationship.
My hope is to create a communal space where you experience safety, trust, love, acceptance and even bit of challenge, and within which you feel supported and encouraged to explore all that is important. Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) Integration
I have completed a year of training in the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) program, and am certified in PAT. I offer integration work for folks who are considering or have completed a plant medicine journey. Combining IFS, breath work and plant medicine offers a powerful trifecta for catalyzing and integrating change.
Certified Breathwork Coach
Using breathwork as a portal to access and tend to deeper parts of our inner world provides a powerful therapeutic experience. I offer individual breath work sessions both alone and in conjunction with the therapeutic process.
